I’m always on the lookout for technology that helps me be more productive and efficient.
I discovered this new service that replaces your cellphone carrier’s voicemail. It’s called YouMail. I just signed up Saturday. One of the most simple sign up and activation processes I’ve used! Can’t get any easier unless someone else does it for you!
If you’re like me, I use my cellphone for both business and personal use (mostly business). I always had a formal greeting, but YouMail allows me to record multiple greetings which I can assign to a group of contacts or to just one person. Pretty slick, huh?
Some other features it has that your current voicemail service probably doesn’t have:
Not to worry. You can still check your voicemail from your cellphone when you’re on the road. It steps you through how to replace your cellphone’s voicemail quick dial feature with it’s own number (again very easy).
If you sign up and decide that you don’t like it, it is pretty easiy to revert back to your old voicemail service.Â
This is a great use of technology that is flexible and makes it easy to manage your calls and voicemails. It’s worth a try!Â

We know how important uptime is for your website, especially if your business depends on it! We will be upgrading all of our current hosting customers over the next week. Before we move your site, we will notify you within 48 hours. If you have questions about this transition, feel free to contact us.
All web hosting upgrades have been completed.
Dates for next 6 maintenance windows:
Jun 13, Jul 11, Aug 15, Sep 12, Oct 17 and Nov 14.
The servers will be taken offline intermittently on the dates above for regular maintenance and upgrades from 11:00 pm to 3:00 am, ET (GMT -4 hours). You may lose connectivity intermittently depending upon which part of the system is being worked on. This maintenance work will help make the servers more secure by installing the latest software patches and other upgrades to help the system run better. We have chosen a weekend night to minimize any impact on your productivity.
During this window of downtime, you may NOT be able to consistently connect to our Exchange servers via your MS Outlook, WebMail (Outlook Web Access) or via any other devices. Depending on which servers are being worked upon, you may intermittently lose access for all or part of this downtime window. NOTE: Any e-mails sent to you during this time will be captured and queued by our backup server so that you will not lose any incoming e-mails.
If you want to have access to your Outlook mailbox data during this entire window of time, you must setup Outlook to operate in Cached or Offline mode. Any changes you make inside Outlook while in offline mode can be synchronized when you re-connect to our Exchange servers in online mode.
Please contact us if you have any questions about this periodic maintenance.
