I’m always on the lookout for technology that helps me be more productive and efficient.
I discovered this new service that replaces your cellphone carrier’s voicemail. It’s called YouMail. I just signed up Saturday. One of the most simple sign up and activation processes I’ve used! Can’t get any easier unless someone else does it for you!
If you’re like me, I use my cellphone for both business and personal use (mostly business). I always had a formal greeting, but YouMail allows me to record multiple greetings which I can assign to a group of contacts or to just one person. Pretty slick, huh?
Some other features it has that your current voicemail service probably doesn’t have:
Not to worry. You can still check your voicemail from your cellphone when you’re on the road. It steps you through how to replace your cellphone’s voicemail quick dial feature with it’s own number (again very easy).
If you sign up and decide that you don’t like it, it is pretty easiy to revert back to your old voicemail service.Â
This is a great use of technology that is flexible and makes it easy to manage your calls and voicemails. It’s worth a try!Â
